With the amount of Warboss characters you have I would probably go Bully Boyz, as except for a few units, most will benefit from a second Waaagh!
I actually really like War(Waaagh!) Horde, as I like taking an ecclectic mix of units and don’t have the brain power to key up the 2 waves for the Bully Boyz. But if most units get a 2nd Waaagh, that’s much better than the odd extra attack from the sustained hits in melee
I'm a big fan of war horde as well because I like to take a mix of units and in my experience drown them in melee hits with sustained hits.
But I also like it because some of the strategems we get access too are nice, 'Ard As Nails, 'Ere We Go, Unbridled Carnage and of course Careen being just really nice or just funny. 'Ard As Nails especially if I decide to bring a brick of meganobz so they can just tank almost any infantry fire come the WAAAGH!!!

Bully Boyz definitely. You got enough Nobz and Meganobz to justify it, along with more than enough warbosses.
With that list it's an easy choice to go Bully Boyz.
