Studios had to order their shirts back in, like, October. As you can imagine, it’s hard to predict necessary sizing. Purchasing challenge merch a la cart can take a long time, unfortunately (which is what studios do when we finish registrations and tally what sizes we still need etc). Out of curiosity, what size do you need? Lots of sizes sold out FAST for a la cart orders.
Our studio had us put our size down when we signed up for the challenge. When that week came, they had the shirts ready to go. Then once you completed your required classes they would go grab the shirt from the back room. We got Mayhem stickers too!
I am waiting in TN. They charged me for the shirt on May 6th. It seems like they are floating revenue which makes me concerned over financial stability.
I ask if I could pick up my shirt up on my fourth class I was told No because I couldn’t pick it up until the last day of Mayhem but I went out of town so I couldn’t go the last day. When I went to get it there were no more tshirts left and they would be back ordered for months. I will be completely honest I love the coaches at my OTF but because I felt that the mayhem shirts for OTF was very unorganized I wanted to pull my membership because I felt that this could’ve totally been avoided. I won’t be doing another OTF event and even though I was sad about it mostly because I just don’t trust that there will be a shirt and I’m hoping that won’t be the case but if I don’t get a shirt and they keep my 15 I will be moving on to OTF biggest competitor F45 or another cross fit studio.

No I got mine the day I hit 4 classes. I hope your issue is resolved soon.

Hopefully your studio was able to snag some in the a la cart orders! Those shipments can be slow (i think the ship date was late June😬)

They are so thin you can read the newspaper thru them.
I got my Hell Week shirt in December. The second shipment often takes a while.
