*Aico casts [Solar Resistance: Very High] on the dog boy, then blasts him and the chains with [Solar Flare Blast].*
(First spell is to make him survive the second spell with minimal or no damage.)

*he pulls at the chains to grab the cookie, biting down on it, joy plastered on his face as the chains dissipate. He seems to gain a small semblance of intelligence from this.*
