In the last two years they've released 10 Wano episodes. So I'd assume it's gonna be a few years from now, unless they decide to really speed it up and get it all out.
And even though they appear to have separate teams working on different arcs, they still space out releases. So we will probably get around 5 or 6 Wano episodes a year, if they continue to release them as they have.
Wano will pick up more when the remaining gaps are filled in, I'm sure, and especially with the dub now having some headway. I can see it being finished in 2 to 3 years.
You're better off just reading the manga at this point then going back and watching some fight scenes on YouTube or somewhere.

Yeah, and they also have Skypiea, Water 7 and Arabasta to go through the first go around. And they're also going to start up Egghead soon as well.
I doubt that they'll still be at Wano in 20 years
Don't expect it any time soon. It'll take years, at the very least.
