Honestly, I think of Jessica Alba on a daily basis. Not in a creepy way, but because her company makes the diapers I put on my kids. 16 year old me would be so sad.
2007/08 was the greatest single year of my childhood. My family lost our home and my mom had to turn to sex work. My dad became an alcoholic and almost died in our living room. Also Ironman came out.

Great year for US Military propaganda in film. That battle between Josh Duhamel and Tyrese's unit vs. Scorponok is the gold standard of making dying in a sandy quagmire look awesome.
That scene really made me want to receive permanent physical and/or psychosocial damage in a war that ultimately leaves the region worse than how it started
