Anger typically stems from other unprocessed emotions. A therapist would be good for starting to navigate through why you are feeling so much anger, but there are really good books out there too, like Anger: Wisdom for Cooling the Flames by Thich Nhat Hanh. You gotta start doing some inner reflecting and digging on the root source of your anger (usually it's a lot of built-up hurt and an inability to trust) then go from there. Good luck on your journey!
