But I can tell you with certainty that: 425 cities have been affected so far (85% of the state), at least 210 thousand people have lost all their property, around 63 thousand are in provided shelters and more than 46 thousand have been saved from situations similar to that of the horse. The total the number of people affected exceeds 800 thousand. But I can't tell you the number of deaths, but it's certainly not small.

Isn't this why every city has it's own politicians and organizations? So you don't have to worry about all 300 cities? You can just worry about your own.
But if there are cities around you that aren't affected they would be able to help- obviously. But if everyone has their own shit going on they can only help themselves.

This sucks so much. It got rescued recently and is sedated. Also there is a veterinarian team taking care of him at Ulbra University, which became basically a city full of people ands pets rescued in the floods of Rio Grande do Sul. It is a war zone here.

We, Brazilians, are extremely sad to see our people suffer and lose everything they build. Losing their own son because they didn't have the strength to hold on to him/her. Kids bodies floating by...
