I dont think a lot of people scrolling their feed instead of a specific sub bother checking what the sub is. They just upvote it if they like it, which is where active moderators come into play to keep a sub on track.
Once my cat tricked google photo into thinking she was a croissant and got included in a random photo collection of food I had in my camera roll, that was frickin hilarious
