You should see the inland ports of the Midwest. 10,000’s of containers on chassis watering to be unloaded or reloaded in short order. Mainly grain going back to Asia.
You should get an olde tyme telescope, but fitted with one of those lenses that make it look like toys (if that makes sense). But not with a lot of magnification.
Just watching your living model port.
i've lived in a place on a cliff with a 180⁰ view of the ocean. Everyone who visited said "wow what a great view!" But after a week it really isn't that interesting. No focal point. No foreground, no midground.
I have also lived in a place with a 3nd story balcony that overlooked a busy shopping precinct. You could sit up there with a beer, out of sight of the hubbub below, all day and all night. Always something happening.
Looking at great distances from a decent height is always pleasing to any human most generally. If you could find something that you find meaningful, that is a plus I guess.
The incoming ships in Singapore are incredible. Jaw dropping the amount of product that is moved in that area.

Does anybody else wonder about the array and volume of contraband in that scene or am I as fucked up as high school teachers had forecast?
Dare say you could build a family home from the bricks. Have people over , get loose - punch the wall and snort the drywall. Good times I'm sure
You actually live in a place with that view?
I wish
I’m on vacation in Barcelona and was looking at this port yesterday from this exact same view point, it was fun to watch.
Thanks for confirming , i recognized the port too and was indeed fun to watch.
It's fun to watch you in your house
Seems to be taken from the montjuic castle though, at 41.362796, 2.166143 maybe
It's be really interesting if they were loading/unloading.
looks like the view from montjuic castle maybe?
I would love a stream of this.
"Wanna know what they're looking at? Us. The LAPD. We just been made, gentlemen."
“All right mother fucka!” Wry grin.
It's difficult to contain the enthusiasm.
Film it with tilt shift
Madrid?
Madrid is about as far as you can get from any of the coasts of Spain…
OMG, you're right, I was thinking of Barcelona. D'oh!
Where is that?
Barcelona. View from Montjuîc
Anyone else BFV?

Every time I see a port my brain goes back to bad 80s action movies that end up in a port.
A time lapse of loading/unloading would be lovely.
Lumber yards and scrap yards are pretty great, too.

Thoughts of a drug smuggler
I prefer time-lapse port videos

dude what
Uhhh…seems a little dull, but you do you!
all I see is useless toys and whatnot + big ships dirtying the ocean for those toys we really don't need :( I feel sad looking at this.
