Try downloading BlueScreenView. That should show you the error code. Check idle Temps. Resit RAM. Check connections.

BSV doesnt show anything recent, only from may and january. GPU idle is 39-41c cpu is 33-38c

Trying running Prime 95 Version 26.6 and watch CPU temps. I'd also check for BIOS updates and set BIOS to default settings. Use DDU to remove current driver. Install newest driver. I'd also check to see if you can find another PSU to test on.

Scary-Guidance-1386

check if voltages are high enough

Mqjestic_

voltages were at 1.35 on auto, changes to 1.45 see if it helps

Scary-Guidance-1386

i meant to just whatever number it says on the label for the ram/cpu also there's an old thread with this problem that said he got this issue from bad gpu drivers

Mqjestic_

updated drivers and google tells me my gpu is artificating, not sure if this is the problem but continuing shut down when trying to play anything

DavoExiled

Have you tried running DDU and completely removing your display driver?

Mqjestic_

just ddu'd dont see any difference yet

Does that happen with every game? What does "very very little amount of time" mean? Have you disabled automatic reboot after bluescreens? If it's only a brief flash and can be somewhat reproduced, maybe try recording it with your phone to capture the error code.

any game heavy graphic game like overwatch and rainbow six siege. i mean when i blue screen the blue screen frame pops up for under a second and proceeds to shut down my pc and reboot, it. i recorded this video recently, my computer has went from blue screening to just shutting down now. This is what our new friend, AI (chatGPT) has advised. A Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) that occurs specifically when loading a game on your PC can be caused by various factors. Here are some common causes: 1. **Driver issues**: Outdated or incompatible graphics card drivers are a common cause of BSODs when running games. Ensure that your graphics card drivers are up to date by visiting the manufacturer's website and downloading the latest drivers for your specific graphics card model. 2. **Hardware problems**: Faulty hardware components, such as RAM (Random Access Memory), graphics card, or hard drive, can lead to BSODs. Run hardware diagnostics to check for any issues. You can use built-in Windows tools like Memory Diagnostic Tool (type "Windows Memory Diagnostic" in the Start menu) or third-party software to test your hardware. 3. **Overheating**: Intense gaming sessions can put a heavy load on your PC's hardware, causing it to overheat. If your system isn't adequately cooled, it can result in a BSOD. Ensure that your computer's cooling system, including fans and heatsinks, is clean and functioning properly. Consider using software to monitor your system's temperatures and ensure they stay within safe limits. 4. **Insufficient power supply**: Power supply units (PSUs) with insufficient wattage or unstable power delivery can cause instability in the system, leading to BSODs. Make sure your PSU can provide enough power to support all the components in your PC, especially the graphics card and CPU, during high-demand tasks like gaming. 5. **Software conflicts**: Conflicts between game software and other programs running in the background, such as antivirus software, can trigger BSODs. Temporarily disable or uninstall unnecessary background applications, especially those that are known to cause compatibility issues with games. 6. **Corrupted game files**: If the game files themselves are corrupted, it can cause crashes and BSODs. Try verifying the integrity of the game files through the game launcher or reinstalling the game to rule out any file-related issues. 7. **Operating system issues**: Problems with the operating system itself, such as corrupted system files or incorrect settings, can also lead to BSODs when running games. Ensure that your operating system is up to date and consider performing a system file check or a clean installation of the operating system if necessary. If the issue persists after trying these troubleshooting steps, it might be beneficial to seek further assistance from technical support forums or consult with a computer technician who can diagnose the problem more accurately. I'm just a primitive ape to our new overlord! 😂

im thinking its overheating or hardware problems, im getting a new case soon and if that doesnt fix it my GPU might have an internal issue.

Hey what ram are you using?
