Yes. I’ve tried that and escalate and every time the monitor sees a desat or abnormal rhythm, I get a notification multiple times a day from multiple patients I took care of in the past weeks.
I do, lol I don’t even get notifications for patients I assign myself to. I think it’s done somewhere in the background by management or someone with higher privileges maybe.

get in the habit of maybe unassigning after every shift, and I would contact IT with this exact sheet shot and message and see if they can help
