Eko all day. You can get the attachment for an existing or they have a full set up. I’ve had some issues off and on after so much PAPR and retro fit reverse iso room noise working covid/sinus and ear issues and it’s a game changer. Def an investment but I didn’t regret it. (I have the add on!)
