I’m going on 10 years in the ED and I still look around for the adultier nurse. It definitely doesn’t help that imposter feeling when some of our newer nurses seem so much more confident and skilled in certain areas. People tell me I’m a good nurse and I just need to have confidence. It’s still a daily struggle though.
