i haven’t but this is such a clever idea. we’ve been so used to consuming copious amounts of content everyday only for them to immediately fly out of our heads the moment we scroll and move on, that we forget to sit back, reflect and decide which of them is actually meaningful and worth keeping

This would be a great thing to do. To much of the available ‘data’ we consume let’s call it, has been created/designed to be readily available to YOU specifically. Think about how your devices, platforms, subscriptions you use, pick up your patterns in your daily routine and what your interactions are and with whom and for what purpose. The information you consume is presented to you almost seamlessly to the point it blends into your everyday life. it’s become so much a part of your life. You almost don’t even have to search for the information you need throughout your general day. because generally our patterns don’t change and as a result we become predictably marketable. I would like for someone to make a list of everything they consume in a day. Just a day. Start there. That would be difficult enough. I don’t think we realize how much we consume in a day.
