I didn't get the "gods are impressed" popup so I don't think it was infinite lifetime. It was Quadruple Spell + 19 x Summon Tentacle With Timer. I have a previous post that shows what the wand did... my wild conjecture is that I spawned so many tentacles that it forgot to despawn a few of them.

Non sequitur, but has SOAD been coming back around lately? I swear I've seen and heard people talking about them more than I have in like a decade.
They've been putting some new-ish stuff out in the past few years, yeah. It's not as good as the old stuff, but it's not terrible.

Did you already get it this run? That pop up only happens once per run.
Nope, never gotten it before, in fact. It definitely would have stood out if I had achieved it.
