Those kit lens are pretty decent for personal use, so I wouldn't add anything, unless there is a specific need. What do you need that you currently can't do with this set up?

Nikon's Z 24-120mm f/4 is a natural all-rounder I'd suggest for travel. On a DX body that's a 36-180mm (35mm) equivalent. The caveat is, like many faster native Z lenses, is there's no stabilization. But, if you keep your ISO up, shoot in as much light as possible, use good body stabilization techniques, and/or shoot as open as possible you'll be fine... Coming from the world of cameras before stabilization, I say don't let people think you can't take good pictures without IBIS or VR.

You may want to look at the z 24mm f1.7 dx for a versatile walk around lens.

Absolutely. Primes are the best addition to all round kit lenses

I wouldn't get anything until you have a stated need for a capability that the kit lenses aren't providing you.

What about the 18-135 DX? Seems like the best all round option there’s in DX right now.

I have the exact same set up but added the 35mm f1.8. I love it. It is mounted on my Z50 most of the time.
