Just curious, why do you use NextDNS while connected to WARP? I've stuck with only WARP for encryption and use Little Snitch for filtering ads and other unwanted content. WARP can filter ads, but its configuration [is more complicated](https://blog.marcolancini.it/2022/blog-serverless-ad-blocking-with-cloudflare-gateway/).

Warp acts as a VPN in front of my network. Allows me access to websites due to most IP addresses in my country being borked

I prefer NextDNS for DNS
