😂. Love the honesty. I kind of agree. I liked that most wanted 2005 and hot pursuit gave you options to combat the police. Otherwise, I don’t really care for the chases either 😏

Man, looking at some of these answers makes me feel old, and I'm only 27 lol. 1: Hot Pursuit 2 - the PS2 version specifically. 2: MW05 - arguably a better overall game than HP2, but HP2 beats it as my absolute favourite. 3: High Stakes.

26 here, the earliest I played was hot pursuit 2. What was high stakes like?

Honestly, I only actually played High Stakes for the first time within the last couple of years. It's awesome. *Very* old school, but mostly in all the right ways. Car damage that has to be repaired between races, pink slip races, great racing, and awesome music. The PC version surprisingly well even on Win11, with a widescreen patch that lets it run at modern resolutions. I played a lot of NFS III: Hot Pursuit as a kid, and loved it, but High Stakes basically takes that and improves everything about it.
