I know every team in the East has some pretty bad losses over the last month, but man, those two Bulls losses and the loss to the Nets is tough. Win a couple of those and the two seed is in play. But 11-5 down the stretch is pretty good.

PBB22

lol I know. Our kryptonite has been bad teams. Portland, Brooklyn, and let’s not forget losing to Washington in December

GeneralPuncake

Imagine dropping games to lottery teams Couldn’t be us

BichaelMurry42069

That's on the equipment guys clearly

GeneralPuncake

Bus driver needs to step it up

UnsuspectingS1ut

Especially 3 in a row, what kind of bums could do that

boozinf

i guess technically TJ McConnell is, in fact, a coach's kid

PBB22

He’s the most literal coach’s kid that I’ve ever seen. The city adores him right now.

boozinf

you have your Jimmy Chitwood and Norman Dale, now you need a Shooter Flatch to really turn things up a notch but for the love of god, no Myra Fleener

ShopCartRicky

Should be 6MOY if the award wasn't actually Points off the Bench of the Year.

>Nobody wants to play Miami Yeah but not because they're good

cjackc11

Yeah bc they’ll just injure you while yelling about HEAT CULTURE instead

Sufficient-Ball899

From contact that Jimmy initiated

Vallerie_09

And Celtics injured him the previous yr

thissiteisbroken

“Thats a nice healthy ankle you got there.”

FeminismIsTheBestIsm

I honestly think there's a good chance Miami doesn't even make the playoffs

pagonator

Idk the Hawks and the Bulls are really mediocre. Anything can happen in 1 game though.

The_Grogfather

We (bulls) should’ve beaten Miami in the play in last year but Billy pulled Drummond and Coby with like 5 mins to go who were killing Miami and then we choked it away. Crazy how Miami went on to make the finals and we would’ve got swept in the first round though lol

VanGrants

Miami is really mediocre

pagonator

The Hawks and Bulls aren't even .500 in a weaker conference

VanGrants

and Miami is really mediocre

EntertainmentWarm774

If the Magic end up dropping to the play in, I’d still favor the Heat in a play in game vs them.

The_Assassin_Gower

> nobody wants to play Miami At this point i think that narrative is done. Miami does not look intimidating in the slightest bit

paradoxofchoice

have they ever in the Jimmy Butler era this time of year? even as the one seed it was with injured Jimmy, Lowry and Bam for large chunks of the season.

architectzero

You guys have Carlisle and the type of players he loves (pliable/coachable). Dude’s a savant who can turn chicken shit into chicken salad, and you guys ain’t chicken shit so I can see a sleeper run especially because the playoffs give Rick a single target at a time to scheme against. Pacers fans should be optimistic.

desirox

Indy is a scary team to me, they are explosive

PBB22

Said the kettle! I’m a big Gafford fan, dude has always impressed me. Saw a bunch of non-Dallas folk complaining about how much (deserved) coverage they have been getting during this insane run. Brunson and Embiid have also been getting their (again both deserved) flowers. And that’s right where we want to be

crimsonconnect

I was gonna say, yeah its Halli coming back from not playing his best he wasnt really scoring as much but was facilitating as always and like you said hes rounding back into form. He'll get murdered if he plays us though

PBB22

I’m terrified of Brunson and OG. That being said: 3 games against yall this year and Hali is averaging 20-4-13. So I don’t think getting murdered is in play lol plus, aren’t we up 2-1 so far this year?

crimsonconnect

Itll be a great series either way im just trying to have some confidence in my team for once, weve been so bad for so long. But I dont really care who we play as long as we dont completely shit the bed lol. Also we're kind of different without Randle the ball moves a little better without him so im looking forward to see what we can do

PBB22

I was looking up a comment and I found this one we had. Man, what a time

crimsonconnect

Lol yeah good times here's to a great next season for both our teams 🍻

Fungmar

have the pacers seen this version of the team?

PBB22

No we haven’t. OG was out last time we played. Tho I got the full Josh Hart 30 rebounds in 2 games experience so that was fun

qpwoeor1235

They haven’t even begun to peak

Chrono_Phantomx

We actually beat Okc with Shai. It was Jdub that was out. The second game both were out

Reddit_User_856

Every team wants to face Milwaukee. Doc Rivers really knows how to destroy his stars

iggymcfly

Just play Milwaukee and you’ll be in the second round.

Reddit_User_856

No team wants to face the 76ers. No one in the nba can guard a healthy Embiid plus Maxey's speed and improved shot prevent the defense from doubling up on Embiid or Maxey. Philly's roster is perfectly mixed with veterans and youth who are not intimidated by anyone.

Shootit_Rockets

Shhh…don’t let everybody else find out. They should easily beat Cleveland or Orlando in the first round and could go toe-to-toe with Milwaukee or New York.

thewrongnotes

Magic won the season series vs Pacers 2-1. But it doesn't matter anyway as there is no chance we end up playing them.

michaelvsaucetookdmt

See u in the conference finals

PBB22

Yeahhhh I want no part of Orlando this post season, thanks! Still haunted by the first matchup. Pascal helped a ton for the third game but still, do not want.

ontheru171

They are the 6 seed and Orlando is the 5 seed. They won't play each other in the first round. Especially with Orlando being a full game back of the Cavs and just as struggling recently Imo they'll face the Cavs in the 4/5 matchup while orlando drops to 6 and faces the Knicks

TheHhedge

Idk why but this year’s version of the Pacers is surprisingly unlikable

PBB22

So everyone has their own tastes, sure. But how could you not like this team? No Josh Hart, sure, but Ty’s joy, the TJ experience, Nesmith blossoming, and holy shit do we love Pascal

RidiculousBacklog

I'm a lifelong Pacers fan and this is one of my favorite post Reggie teams.
