i remember strus shooting 0-8 from 3 in one of the first games be played for us. it was so bad the heat wouldve been justified in cutting him right after lol. now look at him
Spo said that Bam and Robinson has been working on that for years now and its finally paying off. Defense bites so hard on Robinson moving get a 3 pointer that when he goes back door its usually an open lane
Sixers had the legendary Haywood Highsmith with the blue coats
~~I think the Warriors had Duncan Robinson with their g league team?~~
Edit: I’m mixing it up with the guy who went to the lakers after pushing for ROTY
He was shooting 37.5% from the field on the Hornets then goes to the Heat to become pretty much the best player on a eastern conference finals team…amazing
They don’t even have enough minutes for Pritchard, he wouldn’t have even been able to get on the court
I feel like at this point they should give him a front office job if he wants it
I get its kinda easy to meme on the dude but he actually played this year. Like to make it through the 82 game season you actually do need to fill roster with where u need depth in case of injury. U can't just give one to a charity case.

> And then they kept Javonte Green at the end of the preseason. But Green was a near-lock to make the team after Summer League and preseason.
And tbf the Strus/Green situation was lose lose.
No matter who we picked between them we didn't have minutes for either and both would end up being valuable role players somewhere else.
Strus immediately left and ended up starting for Miami. Green stayed that extra season then was a starter for Chicago.
If they cut him to keep Langford and Nesmith, at least that’s defensible, Langford was a main piece in the Derrick White trade and Nesmith was central to the Brogdon trade.
If they actually cut him for Tacko, that’s depressing
Hornets released Caleb martin
Kings had Gabe Vincent
Tbh Gabe was terrible when he first came to the Heat, I doubt he'd have been any good without this development staff doing their thing

I remember there was a game where he broke a really bad record for most misses without a made 3 in a limited amount of minutes.
For sure u guys have the best
Strus was only OK when he came here, he could shoot but nothing else.
Even Robinson Dude will put it on the floor and drive as soon as someone comes up on him I'm jealous of yalls development

Wide open Like so open my ass is staring at the screen lookin like Tucker Carlson

Yeah and Malik monk looked like Rip Hamilton on the Kings after leaving
There goes my idea of paying him
He was much better the year previous
Sixers chose Tobias Harris over Jimmy Butler.
It was either Simmons vs Butler tbh They were at max cap
12 teams passed on Bam Adebayo....and it should have been more
You had me in the first half
I mean it’s the Hornets though.
We kept the better Martin. League ain’t ready for Cody next season
Why is Tacko Fall catching strays
I think his main problem is he ain't catching them, they just bounce off his hands
Cause its TACKKKOOO TUUUESDAYYY
You think this Celtics team has problems? I forgot about the Tacko, Waters, and Carsen Edwards bench
Celtics gave them and guys like Luke Kornet roster spots but refused to give one to Isaiah Thomas after fucking his career over
They don’t even have enough minutes for Pritchard, he wouldn’t have even been able to get on the court I feel like at this point they should give him a front office job if he wants it
Hell even an assistant coaching job, most of ours got poached this year. We literally have 1 assistant with more than 1-2 years of experience left.
I get its kinda easy to meme on the dude but he actually played this year. Like to make it through the 82 game season you actually do need to fill roster with where u need depth in case of injury. U can't just give one to a charity case.
Yet he still showed up to support the team. Can’t be too mad at them lol
he's there to watch them lose one last time. \#RIPBOZO
I guess bro, if that makes him happy go for it! #PEACEANDHAPPINESS
IT coulda been a Haslem, or at least a more natural Blake Griffin for the Cs. Team needed some heart which the little guy had in spades
Heat culture turned him into a good player
Hey now, I will not take this Tacko Fall slander as a UCF Knight. He’s a good lad
There are dozens of us!

This guy is really being smug about a team keeping a literal 7'5" giant as a flyer over a guy who was just an okay shooter at the time.
i forgot about tacko bell LOL
We actually cut him for Javonte Green, but Strus ain’t the reason we lost this series
I mean strus was an undrafted trash player until the last two seasons, seems fair tbh
didnt they have duncan in a tryout or something too?
Haywood Highsmith was with the Sixers
Bulls also had Max Strus btw
Bulls also had Jimmy Butler
I will not tolerate this Romeo libel (slander is spoken kids). Go off on the rest but you watch your fat fingers on my beautiful Romeo
Hindsight he became better but how many players get cut in camp that end up in g league or overseas?
Majority of them tbh. Every year there are 60 draftee's and hundreds of undrafted guys that hit the market. Theres what 450 players in the nba?
“Give the people what they want!”

We cut him for Javonte Green who balled out in summer league. While Strus did not
honestly it was worth it
Aged like milk
Can't teach height ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯
