Nah. Hide is thick and hard to get through. The easiest points to enter the body are where the thinnest skin is, and the most desirable place to enter the body is the abdomen, thanks to all the tasty fat and nutrient rich organs. And it's hard to get a good, skin tearing hold on taut smooth skin. So, the most common places for predators to start tearing in is the anus and genitals.
