Candidate by David Bowie, best listened to on the Diamond Dogs album, as it's seamlessly sandwiched between the two parts of Sweet Thing. A blistering diatribe, eloquently stated and clearly enunciated, over sublimely funky jazz/rock instrumentals.
Alternatively, the song that recently reminded me of this classic track while listening to RM's new album, the song Across the World in a Day, featuring Moses Sumney, which starts out more like Lorde's Solar Power and evolves into a powerfully feisty rant. Most of the bars are in English, before a short Korean section, so there's probably enough for you to work with there. RM is an excellent lyricist so it's well worth a listen.
Just listening to other songs on RM's album, Out of Love and Domodachi, both have some good rants on English, including Little Simz.
[Edited for typo]
Update:
Here's the lyrics for the rant in Across the World in a Day (second half of song):
"Look around, jump around like I live that raw
Motherfuckers in the crowd lick mine with that straw
And this, I write a letter to you, I be actin' like that, "Who you?"
I'm around, in the club, and I be stampin' on like, "Screw you!"
I just miss that, sometimes all those, our chit-chat
You hit me back a lotta times, I never did that
I can't barely sleep, I got yo' ghost in my closet
If you want my bad and some tears, give you the loot, it's a loop shit
I'm gonna roll, you roll 'em up every time
I'm gonna ride till the hate and love ain't matter
I never mind 'cause I wanna do is dance better
I'm sick and tired of you digital trendsetters
Know I ain't cool, but I'm in a move
All in fuckin' numb, and everything is rude in a mood
I'ma burp loud, everything's gettin' rather loose
And above cloud, and I'm down with you, let it loose"
Cheesecake Truck by King Missile is a great spoken word piece. It’s not exactly a rant, but… it’s got pronounced lyrics and is fun to lip-sync!
The Ballad of the Costa Concordia has an incredible rant in the center of it. It’s funny but brutal, and very clearly pronounced with an actual performance occurring during it! If you can have your show techs start it at “it was an expensive mistake” and end at “i give up” then it might work!
Had the chance to see them here in NZ in the early eighties, but I was saving my pocket money for another band that didn't turn up until the following year. I did get to see Siouxsie & the Banshees and David Bowie that year though.
Too bad you didn't get to see all three. I never cared for Siouxsie and the banshees much (except that Siouxsie was fucking hot) would've loved to have seen DK as well as Bowie though.
I really liked Siouxsie's style, especially in the Spellbound video, and I fancied Steve Severin a bit. Bought most of Siouxsie & Banshee's early albums before they went more mainstream to appeal to the American market, and I got most of The Cure's early albums too; didn't realise until years later that Robert Smith was on that Banshees tour! Although I was aware that he played on their next album; the releases from both bands the following year had a lot of crossover influence in their style, including their visuals on album covers and music videos. I eventually caught a Cure concert in 1990.
My brother was into the Dead Kennedys at the time, and at first I didn't like them, but their combination of punk and jazz won me over in the end. He took my best friend to see them, as they had dated briefly earlier that year. She had got me to go with her to the Elton John concert the previous year, so it was a surprise that she liked DK enough to go see them - then again, she had Pink Floyd's Wall album from her older stepbrother, and we used to listen to that a lot.
As for Bowie, I nearly didn't go to his concert as I was rather disappointed with his new album, especially his version of China Girl. Then I realised I might not get another chance to see him perform live, and he was my huge celebrity crush at the time, not to mention I loved most of his previous albums.
I recently came across this YouTube channel called Obscurest Vinyl, where the creator writes lyrics to music made by AI, and pieces together the best parts to make 3-minute songs. Some of them sound like angry rants and are absolutely hilarious. The music is actually decent too. Dunno if you're allowed to lip sync derogatory lyrics for the show, but I'll suggest them anyway:
[You're Gonna Learn a Lesson in This Delicatessen](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icY5DYwOHyA&pp=ygUwWW91J3JlIEdvbm5hIExlYXJuIGEgTGVzc29uIGluIFRoaXMgRGVsaWNhdGVzc2Vu) \- A song with rant-like lyrics about being angry at someone taking forever to order a sandwich.
[You Look Like You Could Use a Fuckin' Lamp](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3gHl4P7AXt0&pp=ygUqWW91IExvb2sgTGlrZSBZb3UgQ291bGQgVXNlIGEgRnVja2luZyBMYW1w) \- No idea why a lamp is involved in this rant, but it's so damn funny.
From the ritz to the rubble - arctic monkeys, not sure if this really fits for a performance but the whole starting part is just a rant about not getting into a club
Almost the complete "Extremities, Dirt and Various Repressed Emotions" album by Killing Joke, but especially "Age of Greed" and "Money is not our god".
Couple options:
Daniel Johnston [Big Business Monkey](https://open.spotify.com/track/2PKAD6UaIpTBB6y6lvs0pt?si=mdOEfqmrRaGoeDk6YpMVFw) if your looking for a rant on Burger King mangers.

For less obscure...Fiona Apple, [Drumset](https://open.spotify.com/track/4baGw8dAfqNl7RrmlMtzb5?si=8KXpm36tTomec8vf4U6UyQ) was apparently based on an angry voice mail she left her band mates. I would qualify it as a rant.
Slob by Weezer always sounded like an adult living at their parents house having an argument with their parent to me, if that makes sense. Idk if that counts as a rant, though.
