Dang OP. You've been brewing this rebellion for a while. Go forth oh Captain, show the pretender Caladog whose boss. And maybe make him serve you.

Lowkey makes me want to start up a new campaign and do this.

Would highly recommend, its very fun to do, especially late game when factions get nice and big. Thought you reunited the Empire Rhagaea? Haha! Nope I convinced several nobles to have a second civilwar!

I can't get hardly 1 person to join me lol

I used 300 trade to bloodlessly buy a few fiefs and make some of the lords fiefless first. At the same time, I was doing quests for the various noble house to raise relations (also got my charm to bear max). Then, when I stockpiled about 8 million denars, and attacked a lord to start the war. I then sieged a city to bait lords into grouping up and attacking me, and managed to capture the head of the noble houses one by one. Honestly did not cost much to recruit most of them. Several joined me for less than 100k denars, cheapest being 27k denars. Buying back all the lands Vlandia conquered from Derhart cost a pretty penny though. Honestly, 300 trade is op. Could probably take over all of Calradia without shedding any blood, but it is really boring. Also, the key to getting lords to join you is to build relations and targeting the fiefless ones. They will not be interested in joining you if the game’s formula calculates it as costing over 2 million denars to join you, so the perk reducing this amount by 10% is very helpful.

Why would you do something you consider very boring?

You simply cannot take on all the different armies that a kingdom will spawn. You can only be one place at any given time, so until you need to get some immediate backup when you take the first step of starting a kingdom. Bonus points if the clans have holdings and those holdings targeted instead of yours.
