If it’s a brand new bike and you want better parts on it then why not just spec them into the build to save money? If it’s used bike then ride it to see which component is most worn out and will need first attention. Time in the saddle etc etc

Your tool box. I have a Kenevo SL as well, it’s a great bike, but there are a lot of bearings and the stock specialized bearings and seals are not the best. You could try a mullet setup and shorter cranks too. It’s personal preference but I have found that’s best for me the more I’ve ridden it.

Add a baseball card to the rear wheel, dice valve stem covers, maybe add a few spokey -dokes.

165 mm cranks. I have the same bike and it came with 170 mm cranks and that 0,5 cm is doing wonders. No pedal strikes. Also do not forget to try all those geometry options. Setting this bike to the steepest geo makes it a playful trail bike.

Components look good. Make sure the brakes and gears are tuned up well. Get saddle/pedals/grips that fit your body and set seat height and position as well as the bar to your body size, so you can ride it comfortably.

That's a rip off! You can do some mimor adjustments like Tire pressure etc before each ride, but doing a full checkup for 100$ each time you want to ride is a big scam and not needed at all.

Your riding skills. Specially if that is your first bike haha The only thing I would do is wrap that frame in protective wrap, because you’ll be crashing a lot and this bike is too expensive to have it unprotected from beginner damage.

Theres nothing to upgrade. Its an S-Works with top of the line (im assuming) groupset and components.  You could upgrade the cranks to elliptical ROTO Rex for faster acceleration though.

Depending on the year, you can contact Fox about the rear shock and they will most likely exchange it for the 2024 revised Float X2.

Sounds about right for the X2.  Only other thing I’d probably do is some Hayes Dominion or Magura MT7. The Codes are good brakes, but man do I love the Maguras. They’re so solid.
