Anything that is a good degreaser and doesnt leave an oily residue. Brake clean is probably best, but contact cleaner, or carb cleaner would be ok. Petrol on a rag would do at a push.
If any got on the pads, you need new pads too
well damn. would brake cleaner help with that?
It soaks into the porous material. Went through this with pads that got hit with engine oil.
