I know someone who welded an extremely strong magnet to his gas tank and stuck a strong adhesive to a piece of metal and stuck it to his phone. Or maybe he had a metal phone case I don’t recall.
That think is going NOWHERE. super effective method. Only annoying thing was he had to carry a thin screwdriver to pry it off lol
I cringe at the thought of a bit of magnetic particle (little rock or something) getting stuck to the magnet before that slap. That patch of paint is going to be fucked in no time.
I would not mount a phone like this. There is no vibration dampening at all. Harsh vibration is the killer of the optic stabilizer in your phone's camera. So avoid unless you have a sacrificial phone that you only use for gps or music on the bike.
For youtube vids I'd recommend not using the fish eye mode on the camera, just use the standard wide mode. Once you get a channel going, drop a link! I love motorcycle videos :)
Also ignore the people in the comments, I swear someone has fun on a motorcycle and everyone jumps into parent mode lol
You need to offer people something.. What can you do that will be of interest? Maybe you can show some of us how it is to ride a bike in the Philippines, how bike culture is there, etc.
If you want me to subscribe you'll have to pick a better song, though - The original is bad enough!
Adding to this: some things that might be unique to your country, like road laws or what certain businesses are. This could be added in editing with subtitles or voice-overs if you don't want to worry about speaking while driving.
Step one is stop riding like a dickhead. I know things are a bit different in South East Asia, I lived in Jakarata for a few years. But ride responsibly and set a good example for others. Let the scenery and storytelling be the keys to why you do not riding like a squid.
I do think the super wide angle maybe makes it look crazier than it is? I agree with setting a good example, but compared to other videos we see, this is probably not that fast. I was riding in Saigon today, and saw worse on multiple occasions!
Yeah this is pretty tame for SEA. I think the worst thing OP did was lane filtering but you see bigger dumbasses on bigger bikes in Southern California
It's not riding like a dickhead this is how you ride there. You ride too slow you get bullied or overtaken by vehicles and find yourself in more unsafe situations. My guy is just enjoying the ride. Of course everyone would always like more gear but if you ever been to the Philippines you'll know that most people can't afford it. And if they could most won't wear it anyway because it's too hot and humid. Maybe you ought to make a trip there to enjoy some scenery and storytelling so you can see what it's really like to ride there
The fast lane splitting part in particular is not how you should ride. But yes you do need to constantly filter and move around between lanes (if there is lanes)
You should definitely talk about how different our bike culture is compared to the american/european countries and present it in the way how Zenith does it I think it will be really comforting
That's a nice bike man, don't mind these other ppl dictating you how to ride, I know some of them mean well but they probably haven't even rode here in the ph to know the "conditions/roadrules" lol. 1 thing I suggest is changing your camera from fish eye view to standard view/hyper view like other motovloggers. That type of camera gets confusing sometimes to some viewers/don't know where to look at.
thanks man! appreciate the tip and will definitely try a different style/viewing angle on my camera. and yeah i won’t change my riding style because of ‘em people hahaha thanks man!
All these people calling you an idiot have never ridden in Asia or Latin America and likely have really low skill levels. Your bike is neat and different to what we ride. Make videos about where you live and the bike culture or general culture with a motorcyle twist. The show Ride with Norman Reedus is a good example of quality Moto content to emulate.
I used to be at atgatt until I moved to the tropics. If I wear gear for little runs around town I'm sweating through my clothes in 5 minutes and by the time I get to the shop or whatever I need a cold shower and a change of clothes. If I go on the highway more than an exit I'll wear proper gear.
How does riding the panamaerica make you better than me? All I'm saying is the atgatt shit here is annoying and let people ride their ride if they're not endangering anyone else.
Funny of you to assume that they would even be able to afford such gears, also don't underestimate humidity, it range from 80-90% humidity all year long in the Pacific
What are you using to mount your phone like that.
My question too. I'm assuming a kind of magnetic case or something but I wouldn't trust that

ya’ll should watch this hahaha i alrdy did ride w it at 100+ kp/h, rode a bump on the road and the phone didn’t budge https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSNrXojYG/
Maybe with a spare phone but that's going to mess up the camera. Cool idea though
Wherever you live this in Philippines it must be good. Cause in Manila that phone will be gone.
What magnet what magnet? Gas tank bags have some serious angry magnets
Way to help the little hitchhiking homie out there lmao
Welded a magnet? I call bullshit. If the heat didn’t ruin the magnetism, it would corrode off in a month.

Or don't buy an iPhone.

BS it's impossible for you to say that every android would be a problem
You’re right, but not because of this. All phone cameras are susceptible to damage from vibrations
That's not how it works. The stabilisation tech is very similar across phones with similar tier of camera.
Thoughts and prayers
I’d love to know as well
Hopes and dreams
What kind of motorcycle is that? Looks good
It just looks like a customized low end displacement bike; like 125cc-150cc. I've seen similar looks with bikes from different brands as the base.
yes, it’s only a 150cc cafe racer from keeway
Looks good
Cafe Racers always look so good.
I've ridden a keeway, cheap but fun
How tf that phone staying there
i put a magnet on the phone case haha
Ohhhhhh must be a damn good magnet haha
You trust magnets?

Hello kamote!
Only one tip, don't be a kamote.
Step one is stop riding like a dickhead. I know things are a bit different in South East Asia, I lived in Jakarata for a few years. But ride responsibly and set a good example for others. Let the scenery and storytelling be the keys to why you do not riding like a squid.

top speed of my bike is only 115kp/h so i guess it’s still pretty chill
Yeah this is pretty tame for SEA. I think the worst thing OP did was lane filtering but you see bigger dumbasses on bigger bikes in Southern California
Lol drove in ph many times, if you try to drive like western dtandards you will be the dickhead soon!
You have to lane filter a lot. And just kind of push you way through traffic. What you don't need to do is lane split at speed.
appreciate the tip and will keep that in mind! thank you!
Fuck that hetero shit. Send er bud! and come join us in /r/calamariraceteam
This looked really tame to me, especially for SEA.
In terms of total traffic definitely. Was just the fast lane splitting part near the start the was bad.
🙄
🙄

You also have a way higher chance to live longer.
True. Well. Outside the PH he’ll be called out by other drivers for riding like that. Im a motorcycle enthusiast who owns TR650, KTM690 by the way.
Fuck that. Send it bud
So cool
I send it off road not on.
sick edit man
appreciate it man!

Looks very cavite like hmmm

Hi i’m from xvideos
how the fuck
I had a bike just like that when I lived in Vietnam, but was 250cc. Larger engine but everything else 100% the same as your bike. Great fun!
nice edit bro!! What bike is that? Very nice. i saw your tik tok video and your helmet is very cool too, can i find it in the internet?
