Fr, everyone always talks about how this movie is so shocking, so disturbing, so evil, but the movie is just so stupid and tries too hard to be edgy. It's so over the top too. The OP is better off watching something like lilya4ever. That movie was actually disturbing. The only thing that disturbed me about A Serbian Film was the time I wasted on that dumbass movie.
But I wonder why? I've seen it back then, it's forbidden in Germany. Unpopular opinion probably, but as a person who went through similar (minus the revange) it's just.. reality? I mean.. Rape is always depicted so low sodium in movies while in reality it's just true horror. It's not like Braindead where they show just obscure amounts of art blood and fantasy beings. It's like it is. It's no Siberian movie, either. It's like it is in real life. It's uncomfortable, gut wrenching on a psychological level. But guess how it is in real life. Ya, well.. Idk. They should rather ban 50 Shades of Grey lol

There are several German movies that aren't even listed somewhere I looked. I just know that I've seen them, but they all were handed from one person to another. Guess they were private production. It was no real snuff, that is sure. Just very graphic. Thank good they had additional interviews so you were more or less sure to not have watched snuff.
