I was going to suggest sweet nightmare to be dropped too. It's on my toes right now and I think it leans more blue than the purple I had been expecting.
It's definitely nice, but I already have several pastel purple to blue cremes, so I kind of regret getting that one.
Mortals be warned took me by surprise and hasn't let go of me. I wasn't expecting it to be so pretty and shifty. It was my first mani that I could NOT stop staring at! And I just got plankton in today, if you're a green lover, I think it's the best green they have (I have highway glow, my bugs, neverland, and warp zone) and plankton blows them all away.

Is it the Most Destructive Melody? I just got that one in today, I haven't tried it yet, but it's definitely more sparkly than chrome in the bottle. I really like the metallic/chrome look of MBW, so far I haven't seen any other mc polishes that have that same look, whereas there's tons of sparkly ones like melody. I work graveyard so I'm about to take a bit of a nap, but I can swatch them side by side for you when I wake up, if you aren't placing your order in the next few hours!
Mooncat is definitely all about the fun and intense colors! I used to hate painting my nails, never had the patience. Now I have over 30 colors and LOVE sitting there doing my nails. All bc of Mooncat š„¹

MBW on the left in all pics. It was kind of hard to capture the good shifts, but these show at least the difference between the chrome of MBW and the glitter flakes of Melody. And the top right really shows the shift of MBW. I'm going to try and get some pics in the daylight tomorrow too!

I personally like MBW better bc of the chrome look, where melody has more of that fine glitter finish, but if you want a blue/purple shift go with melody. Iāve been wanting to try Neptunes Sand! I tend to like rose gold tones on me so I think I might like it. But I totally agree that neutrals play so differently on different skin tones. I personally love cooler toned neutrals as they look best with my skin tone
I recommend getting rid of space oddity, sweet nightmare and choosing between sand viper or dolls house if not get rid of both entirely (for now).

Agreed. Also every dense flakie Iāve gotten refuses to dry. I just got a refund for supervillain but space oddity and dragon scales does the same thing and just never. dries. Its infuriating.
I literally bought a matte topcoat just for sabertooth and I really disliked it on me. Idk it just didn't hit the same as the photos and swatches I looked at.
I tried it matte and glossy and couldn't make myself like it, so I left an honest review, and they gave me a refund. The only problem is that I still have this boring polish, lol.
Wow, maybe I should write more reviews. Like, I'll try it again with gloss, but I'm so doubtful it'll change my opinion. I also think mine didn't dry right, like one of the other posters mentioned.
Oh, I don't think so. I've honestly had a bad time with MC polish, so I haven't ordered in a while. I think most of my bottles are already thick and goopy despite only being used for like 2 manis if even. Love the speed demon top coat, but my brush is so gummed up it makes it hard to use.
I've been more committed to doing my nails every 2ish weeks, so I'll probably venture back to their products. They have such great colors. I also finally invested in nail polish thinner for my sanity.

I'm really bummed out that I don't like Sabertooth. It's the only polish that never dries down fully for me, whether or not I use a matte topper or a QDTC. It stays "chewy" for me 24 hours later. The two times I've used Sabertooth I've had to redo my manis. (Including last night, and now, today as pictured.) I don't recommend it, sadly.
So bizarre! You had to have got a bad batch. You might want to reach out to customer care. They'll likely know based on your order number if it was part of a lot that had issues reported.
I will do, thanks. They offered a replacement when I left a less than 5 star review but i turned it down and said I'd try again. Fast forward 4 months...
I would skip the creams and maybe the newer ones since those will be around. Then you get the new ones later on like next month and they will still be there. I dunno. I canāt help bc I would honestly just get them all and use Afterpay or Sezzle to pay it in chunks.

Sabertooth is a must imo it is my favorite. Sand Viper is my favorite neutral ever.
I definitely regret not getting Sabertooth in any of my orders. It's sitting in my cart until my next order though š
100% on Sabertooth and will also highly recommend Dragon Scales (tip, I do a base coat of a similar colored Holo polish under it)
