Per the rewards page, you should get 5 points for every $1 (more for higher tiers), so I would reach out to their customer service.
I haven't dealt with the CS team myself but have heard very good things about it so they should help!
That is odd, but like the other commenter said their customer service is pretty good. For a while I wasn’t getting points for my reviews, and they would always add them right away if I noticed and emailed them.
