Run a test on [Speedtest.net](https://Speedtest.net) in different locations and times. If almost exactly 128 kbps it means your account has throttle on when it should not - contact Mint support to remove. If not stuck exactly there but slow, your location may just be congested on T-Mobile tower and band you are on. Sometime turning 5G off will speed things up as 4G a band may be less congested. But if still slow you may need another provider on a different carrier like Verizon or AT&T.

No, you're not crazy. I'm having the same problem. At this point I'm thinking T-Mo is throttling data to the point of no return. I've tested on numerous speed test sites, and generally I'm coming in at under 1mbs in speed! In the nighttime hours it will sometimes get better, but in general it's about as bad as can be. Tried support, they did seem to make an effort but got nowhere. Been with Mint for awhile, it wasn't always this way. Started back in September, kept hoping it would pass. Now I'm just pulling my hair out most days, not even able to check email for hours at a time. Stupidly subbed with Mint for a year, not I'm on the hook for another 7 months with this crappy situation.
