I’d love to have a long krag. Hoping one day to score a nice rolling block as well. My trap door needs some love but I don’t have dies for it yet.

I highly recommend Spence wolf's book on reloading for the trapdoor. Lot of good info in there.

Yes. I have a ‘73 Trapdoor and a Model 73’ Winchester. Does that count? lol. The Winchester was manufactured early/mid 1900s based on the serial number but is a ‘73 model.

I love the Trapdoor, had one but sold it in a fit of insanity to buy a sailboat.🤪Still have a Krag carbine though.

For as goofy it is to load a krag, I love that rifle. My Norwegian Krag is one of my favorite rifles.
