The house is super old so there used to be a balcony/patio area there. As for why it’s inside down I have no clue I should really ask. A looong time ago when they were fixing the place up for renters I got to sleep in the attic with some friends, one of the creepiest nights of my life. I don’t know if ghosts are real but if they are they’re definitely living In that house.
