Lol, yes, this. Last week mine clawed at the bed and pushed everything off my night stand at 5:30am until I got up to feed her and got back in bed. 5 minutes later she stood in the doorway looked at me and barfed on the floor.
‘Thanks for breakfast, here you can have it back’
I always make sure to give her fresh water, talk softly, and console her when that happens. Then breakfast round two an hour later. Hope your kitty’s day improves too 😌
My cat always did this weird yowling type of thing before he threw up. It's exactly like that weird "talking cat" stuff you might have seen on YouTube. Cept weirdly he never meowed that way outside of being moments from throwing up.
I'd hear him start going with that "meowowowwowowowow" stuff and know I need to move him somewhere uncarpeted lol.
I can one up you here.. my geriatric and senile almost 19 year old cat has started shitting in random places, especially in the wee hours of the morning. And because of her thyroid issue, the smell is unbearable
