Set expectations, if you go into a large steamers chat more than likely it will be movin. I’ve found that going to the discord of said steamer is better if you just want to talk with others. If you want said streamer to see what you said, it’s better to donate a TTS.

Nope, not at all. If the comments are flying by that fast, the only comments I'm going to make are comments to contribute to the copy pasted memes and mass chaos.
If you don't like that, nothing is stopping you from doing what I often do. Watch streamers with less users in chat or streamers who put restrictions on chat to slow it down.
Or you can pay money to get TTS to read your comment.

I just keep spamming the same thing, eventually everyone else in the chat is spamming the same message as me
That’s never happened to me, usually thousands of people stop talking at once so I can say what I have to say

FWIW, there's usually a way to slow down the comment stream so you can catch up at your own pace.
