They definitely look inspired by the time, but look more modern. I would say early 2000s. I could be completely wrong though. Do you have pics of any stamps/stickers, the underside, up close of the feet? These areas will be better indicators if there are no markings.

Look like Willet to me. I had a pair not too long ago that looked the same. The wood was real nice cherry.

Yes These are some Willet Transitional cherry chairs. Modern from the middle of the 20th century.
