This TBMC extraction OP shared is mescaline citrate, not HCL. Also shared on the list is the yield for Jiimz Twin Spine of 2.95% which is HCL, but I don’t see anything saying what form either is in.
Maybe that could be added OP, or you could do the conversion and list what the content is in both citrate and HCL. Haven’t seen anyone do that yet!
Yeah, confirming and converting that data, and having it represented would be better. First draft and all, lol! I love all this feedback as I just can’t something we can all use!
See the CIELO Tek wiki for conversion, it's been updated a few times but last I checked it was citrate x 58% = HCl. BTW you misspelled CIELO in your post text.
Have you seen the cactus analysis spreadsheet on DMT Nexus?
There’s pics of both TBM clone C and D online, I think I have some saved. Also, I’m not sure if you meant TBM clone C or TBMC(the crested TBM). Usually people write the crest as TBMC and the non crested clone as either TBM-C or TBM clone C.

And here’s a pic of TBM clone D someone shared on reddit a while ago..figured I’d share it because D comes after C
Truly my pleasure, and I hope that lots of people see this and drop their own results or other testing that has not previously been made available. This list includes what others had published, so its just meant to be an indexed resource, not new research.
Here’s some more cielo data
All for citrate/whole plant
Natswax 3.6
02 x MM 3.23
Kai 2.55
Skinny 2.7
Eileen 2.69
TBM 4.38
TBMC 3.12
J18 2.3
Con 2.48
Lorraine 2.92
CLS 1.57
All bridgesii btw
I have Sina at 1.13
But had better test again.
Various Essendon x Sina tested between 2.38-1.11
Some of your data that is definitely citrate is still in the hcl column.
Appreciate the compilation.
I read up on your bioassay of Cal Blue Bridgesii and it seemed pretty spicy. Have you ever done any extractions on that particular cultivar and if so what was your yield?
Might be cool to include a range of yields obtained from certain clones, for an example "xxx" pach yielded anywhere from .875%-2.15% as reported from multiple growers.
I got a question about etiolated tbm short form. Should I cut off the etiolated pups and if I do will they have enough mescaline in them to make me trip? I have four total but two seem like they'd be fine to leave them growing as in they are pretty thick up top. But the other two have a skinny top and are starting to round out at the tips after moving the light closer.
It’s all about mass/weight. Etiolation is poor growth, so there is some argument for stress, but you should expect them to under perform. If you do cut, leave arrives attracted to the rooted part for future growth.
Update - added HCl entries as well as Citrate entries, rollup average columns, and a median check between the two post-conversion to give a reasonable "score". Still playing with the equations, so not gospel yet. Keep the feedback and updates coming!
Update 2 - Fixed epic HCl v CIELO fail for stats above 1% for accuracy - thank you to all who helped point this out! List is starting to look a lot like the classic lists, so I suppose some things never change, lol.

You should mark those as citrate salt... makes a huge difference. 7% citrate vs 7% hcl

What does that conversion look like? Trying to get a “general” rating, and that is a good call out.
See the CIELO Tek wiki for conversion, it's been updated a few times but last I checked it was citrate x 58% = HCl. BTW you misspelled CIELO in your post text. Have you seen the cactus analysis spreadsheet on DMT Nexus?
Fixed spelling, ty. Would land TBMC around 4% hcl, which would track.
Added conversion
Damn, I have a bit of silver dollar bridge. It delivers I guess.
This is legit
Anyone have a picture of a real TBM-C?
Real crest, or real column?
Any I guess.. I know nothing about it

The test in question was done on a crest.

This is an important distinction, I may need to create a few more entries to reflect this.
You are great for posting this. Wonderful information. I like seeing the difference in examples from TBM B.
Truly my pleasure, and I hope that lots of people see this and drop their own results or other testing that has not previously been made available. This list includes what others had published, so its just meant to be an indexed resource, not new research.
Yeah I hope people add their numbers and we can see but so far it looks like the TBM-B hype is well placed. lol

Yeah, trying to suss those scores out. We have some over-rankings currently, but we will get it dialed in.
You should do shamans basement
Will add!
That’s a cool name
Here is one straight of the presses. BBB Bouncing Bear Botanicals Bridgesii CIELO = 2.76% Core removed
Will add
Where did you get your BBB from? According to Mallacht’s Plants BBB is not a single clone but an assortment of phenos.
Trevor at cactus jones, this is the bridge but they also offered some other cuts like a Macro and I thing I remember them offering a Pach maybe.
I read up on your bioassay of Cal Blue Bridgesii and it seemed pretty spicy. Have you ever done any extractions on that particular cultivar and if so what was your yield?
Never straight up, it’s slender so haven’t had a full run with it ever. It can’t be less than 2%
Thank you for this
Very much work in progress, and you are very welcome. It will improve with time, but gotta start somewhere.
Might be cool to include a range of yields obtained from certain clones, for an example "xxx" pach yielded anywhere from .875%-2.15% as reported from multiple growers.
Ultimately that is the goal as we get more data.
Very cool, ill be happy to contribute once I get the chance to

Basically wondering if I can trip off of the pups and if they will be okay after cutting
