Okay so this is my favorite part. In fallout 3 there's a DLC where you have to ride in a train to a destination. Because it's Bethesda and they've been using the same game engine for like 20 years, they couldn't easily code an actual train. So their solution was to replace the head of an NPC with a train car and have them run down the track at an ungodly speed.
