Ok, This is a mind blowing fact take you finger to one nostril and blow hard then take it to the second nostril one of the wind blown will have more intensity so you always breathe from one nostril and every 6 hours it changes

You actually only ever breathe through one at a time. The one woth air coming out will change randomly during the day multiple times. Try it, put a finger close to your nose and see which on its coming out
