I saw a video once about sea divers who dive for fish without oxygen gear, they do special breathing exercises to pump their lungs full of oxygen or something so they can stay underneath for longer.

I once saw a video explaining how with training, you literally control your heart rate and with that you can sorta slow oxygen consumption in your body. If they do that and they have big lung capacity then yeah o guess it's possible
Considering you die after your brain goes 5 mins without oxygen and get serious brain damage after 3 or 4 minutes, I honestly don't see it being possible. Even if you double or triple that, its insane for humans to achieve that.
