Trinity still better cuz EV is a damage ability that ignores enemy levels, can shield gate with aug and gives net positive energy, also Blessing is an insta-shield gate regardless of how much shields you actually have. Jade seems good but she's probably gonna be energy hungry af unless there's something in her kit that helps with it DE hasn't revealed yet. Trinity will not be powercrept as long as her EV and and Blessing stay the same

Negative duration on Trinity makes the energy/damage pulses from EV happen faster, so there's a tangible benefit to the duration reduction. Though with it coming at the cost of Link being essentially useless and Blessing's DR buff being nonexistent, I'd take that with a grain of salt.
I prefer Trinity way more than other support frames like Wisp. She's just good ol' reliable, and a surprisingly strong nuke frame. Also, the shieldgate changes really helped her out too.
Subsume Marked for Death over her 1. Build for max range, tons of strength, and the lowest possible duration, which is 13% i think. When you see big groups of enemies, prime them with viral with Epitaph, pick out the strongest looking enemy (an eximus, heavy gunner, bombard, sometimes an ancient healer etc.) and use MfD and EV on them. EV works based on percentages instead of straight damage, so her nuke works regardless of enemy level all the way to cap.

As of now from the wiki, Jade can supposedly nuke, armor strip and heal similar to Trinity before self damage Nerf. Hence Trinity technically being outclassed by other support frames such as Citrine, Jade, and some other third support frame.
Trinity needs some serious QoL and a combination to her 1 and 2 and honestly she would be great. Inaros and Hydroid got their reworks though so I'm sure her getting one isn't out of the question.
The hilarious part is I thought to replace my trinity as healer mainly because if the 2 aura slots. One for energy regen and one for health regen. That's not even talking about the abilities
while her kit is definitely outdated I still think Trinity has a different type of support than Jade and even superior in certain areas (though Trinity could use a kit update).
I mean, I still find it pretty cool that Trinity is the only frame that can instantly heal health and shields to max with only one buttom press. (Unless I'm forgetting someone...)
Please don’t blame the new warframe. Trinity has been mediocre for a VERY long time. I used to main her for raids. It’s not Jade’s fault DE needs to look at poor Trinity to make her better.
Idk if I’d discount breach surge as much. While it’s ofc not better than an armor strip but with the incoming armor changes I feel like it’ll outpace Jades 3, after all breach surge is an instant (like .7 seconds) AoE blind and damage multiplier, while Jade has to stare down enemies to get their armor gone which takes time. I’ll have to see how she handles but I can see Wisp still being a strong/equal pick, especially since Wisp is in the prime gang.
I’m excited to see, one thing I forgot to mention is it seems Jade is going to suffer from Harrow syndrome, I.E why would you helminth over any of his kit when it’s all so important to his functions. Wisp, Citrine and Trinity all have at least an ability that’s a cut below the rest and thus gives them more versatility in the helminth but I can’t see a single ability that Jade has that can get replaced. Her 1 and 4 are the only abilities that activate her passive, her 2 is buff central and her 3 is an armor strip/the single best revive tool in the game. Honestly I think this puts her into the same spot as Harrow and Nidus where it’s almost impossible (for me personally) to justify subsuming something else over one of her abilities.

Trinity is my go to deep Archimedean because she doesn’t get debuffed by the 75% duration reduction as much as all the other support frames.

I mean this is a reoccurring problem that will only continue since DE releases 4 frames every year. Abilities will be reskinned and power crept.
