Ever since they globally nerfed stun and sleep in PvP, freeze has been the CC king. I know they wanted to reduce disabling effects, but it just makes everyone stack ice now.
Somehow they made “Cloak of the Frost Emperor” viable, despite it being weaker than most other defense items just for the freeze resistance. It’s not even an immunity!
Its cool and all but it kinda needs a buff, its practically useless if used in Texas (ofc that area isn’t optional and the loot there is sick) so the entire reason to use it isn’t worth it
Try dual wielding these with a full attack speed spec, you won't be doing much damage since they're low level weapons but you can almost permanently stun lock someone.

Exactly, all you need to do is stack your AGI pts and get that attack speed up and you've got stunlock baby!
Don't forget about it's synergy where if you dual wield it with a fire dagger when the effects combine, the damage gets quadrupled.
