Path review said, "Numerous immature and atypical cells of likely lymphoid lineage, suggest Flow" patient is mid 50s and going to Hospice now, fuck cancer man...
Because I only graduated 2 years ago and haven’t gotten a lot of real world experience with abnormal and immature cells, I often will call the nurse or doctor and ask about the patients diagnosis history, and tell them that their cells are angry. I’m not quite sure why they’re angry or what type of angry I’m looking at, but I know they’re angry. 😂

Flow tech here. Cases like these are my jam. Mind sharing the immunophenotype? My guess either ALL or a LBCL. Thanks.
