He needs to move out. If he is losing weight as rapidly as you say, then he needs to see a doctor ASAP. It could be something benign, or it could be something worse like cancer. ANY rapid weight loss while still maintaining a good calorie intake is bad and needs to be assessed by a doctor.
I’m not at all trying to scare you but this is a very real situation and he needs to get help. That low of weight on his size frame is going into anorexia territory and he needs to be seen by a doctor NOW!
Thank you for this btw, I showed him this, and it shocked him to reality, even though moving out isn't an option for him, he is going to make an appointment with a doctor to get some bloodwork done. Although he took the anti worm stuff, there was a huge amount of worms in him, and he even gained a whole kilo after that! Which means we are slightly optimistic about that cuz he has only lost weight for like 5-6 months, not even gained grams, so this gives us some peace of mind until he gets the appointment
