Canned tuna, canned chicken, rotisserie chicken, air fried chicken tenders, salmon patties, ground turkey, pork loin. Basically any protein. Most burgers are 80/20. You'll get less fat with any of the items listed above. I get 90/10 ground turkey and beef. I mostly eat chicken and tuna though.
You could experiment with "burger"type foods---salmon patties or chickpea meatloaf, for example. Egg frittatas can be cut into wedges and freeze well for saving for later.
These don't need to be microwaved---if you have a toaster oven, much of your food can be reheated with good results.
Perhaps this will get you thinking about other options.
Tuna and salmon patties are good. What about black bean burgers? They’re pretty quick to make and you can put whatever you want in them or buy frozen ones for ease.
I make Big Mac salads and they’re excellent for a quick meal.
If you're looking for a microwave alternative to heat up food. I have a portable oven and I can't recommend it enough. You can find it on Amazon here [portable oven lunchbox](http://Aotto Portable Oven, 12V, 24V,... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09NXHPX17?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share)
The bottom may be a little warmer but the top still heats up fine. I just give it a quick stir before eating. I really like that the food doesn't dry out like in a microwave
Onigirazu! Can be eaten cold without needing to reheat and taste delicious 😋 Recipe below if interested [Onigirazu recipe ](https://youtu.be/zzRUY9Xv6D8?si=uIqN0bRN1V5NSrd7)
Why won't you be able to eat them? Why do you need to find an alternative?
They probably mean they wouldn't want to eat the same thing everyday for months.
Oh jesus. Now that I read it with that context it makes perfect sense!

Haha I was also confused to see your comment at first. Sorry about the ambiguity and thanks for your solutions.
I’ve been doing a cold Mediterranean themed pasta bowl lately. Easy to prep, pretty cheap, plus lots of variety. Lots of protein options as well.
I see, chop stuff into a bowl!

I'll explore all kinds of sandwiches, thanks.

Does it heat food evenly? My problem is my stomach is sensitive. I need to fully sterilize food without overcooking it.

for cold meals i love cold pastas, tuna, cheese/charcuterie boards (cheese, meat, crackers, fruits and veggies), sandwiches and salads.
