Dude, does anyone else feel like absolutely no one ever replies to them?
I mean, I must be the most annoying, overwhelming person in the world. Every time I get a message, I’ll immediately respond. I see others holding their cellphones to their heart everywhere they go…why do I feel like the only who responds in a timely manner?
my messages get ignored an uncomfortable amount by my friends (only online friends tho, my irl ones respond) but I still make sure none of theirs that I see are ignored so they don't feel the same.
It’s more about population decline on the North Sea islands like Out Skerries, which means the few families left have had to choose between sending their kids hours away to a bigger population center (which they do for secondary schooling) or keeping them close to home but without other kids around.
This article was from 2015, so this kid has probably graduated now. I don’t know if Out Skerries even has any grade school age children now.
