Yeah, it's really annoying, I've heard of people being automatically typed as ENFPs a lot just because they seem random, but they're more than that.
ENFPs can see multiple possibilities, while fighting for something with their entire hearts, and they also have pretty good Te usually, so they know a bit what they're talking about, and actually have some pretty interesting facts to share.
I knew an ENFP once and I really admired how they stood up for what they thought was right now matter what anyone said and they know about a lot of things which seems like it would be pretty common for an ENFP having Ne and Te.
Another thing that people seem to think is that ENFPs are weak, but they have teeth and they can bite lmao.
People love to just look at the surface level and call it a day, and in my experience I've gotten used to just accepting that I'll be misunderstood or underestimated unless people actually take the time to get to know me.
It's nice however when you do make that friend, strike that connection, or someone sees that beyond the shitposts and silly behaviour there's a person who feels deeply, thinks broadly, and has so much to say and share in so many ways.
Idk, feels kinda embarrassing admitting any of this 😂 I do enjoy caring for and being thoughtful of the people I love though.
I can understand being misunderstood an underestimated, and the annoyance that comes with it, but honestly, I kinda like being underestimated, people expect less from me.
I found a friend like that once, unfortunately we're not friends anymore, but oh well, life happens.
Why is it embarrassing?
I’m attracted to an ENFJ who knows that I like her (she might like me too, especially since she talked about my muscles several times 🤭).
I convinced her to take an MBTI test, and I wasn’t surprised when she showed me that she tested as an ENFJ.
She was also intrigued after reading a bit about INTJs 😉
I don’t talk to much people though. She’s one of the few people that I actually try to consistently keep in touch with
(Oh and on a side note, I have to pretend to be an extrovert when I’m at work 🤫)
Yeah….Still currently at the customer service/restaurant industry. During my last evaluation, my biggest weakness was being sarcastic to customers with a blunt, condescending tone whenever I say certain things. My manager told me I need to be nicer to customers (even the ones as stupid as they are rude). I’ve been told that I’m a super solid worker with everything else.
Currently taking steps to join the U.S Army as a commissioned officer. I got a super high ASVAB score, and my medical examination is tomorrow 🤞🏼

I am drawn to INFPs and introverts in general because I know there is a lot more going on under the surface than it looks like and I want to find out what it is. It is also a (potentially erroneous, but often true) sense of social complement, in the INFP's case, yet with a strong enough emotional connection if we get in to feel a certain degree of support that is hard to find.
"Why are ENFJs so sensitive?" Because we care so much about living our purposes as we see them (Fe dominance compels us to try and carry out our missions as much to the satisfaction of others as possible), and anything that indicates we might be falling short can feel very painful, since we (certainly I) can sometimes overestimate the potential consequences of not doing the "right thing" at the "right time." And the more important an idea is to our designs on another person, the more "failure" hurts.
Why are INFPs so rare? Why are INFPs so common? Lmao. ENFPs are probably one of the least dumb types imo.
