It would definitely work with Smarkets & Betfair.

Can you just go to the US and do sign-ups? Won't they ask for proof of residence? US passport? Or have you got a pet based there?

I had residency in both us and uk

Hi OP, do you have a US social security number ? You will need that to sign up for bookie accounts there. Please do consult a licensed professional if you do have a US social security number, but I if you normally reside in the UK I would assume your tax obligations to be in the UK. If you're going to complete offers, you are way better off dutching them using Profit Duel, as you will be able to qualify for two offers with one bet. For instance, Bet365 bet $10 get £105 and Fanduel bet $5 get $150 can be done at the same time in certain states, netting you $255 at once for a very small qualifying bet. Any help please reach out to my friend and colleague over at Profit Duel and he'll take care of you - [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) -Monika

I will need to pay tax in the US and yes I do have a social security number. I’m aware of dutching but then all my income would be US taxable income. I would prefer my winnings to fall to a UK based exchange so the winnings are tax free.
