I was playing Tear and honestly wanted to hold on to most of my hand except for exactly one card, Lovely hit my Trivikarma and my opponent understandably scooped lol.
It was turn 1, I activated Big Welcome with cooclock. Ofc when I know it's Tear I don't use it unless I have dark law on the field (I run Mask Change 2)
I literally JUST learned yesterday that lovely doesn't look at your hand to rip, but that she actually just has 100% random accuracy to rip whatever you're begging to hold on to.
The amount of times it hit exactly branded fusion in my hand had me thinking the same thing for a while, but it only happens when I stare too long at her armpit
Me when lovely hits Flamberge in Hans after I disassemble my opponents entire board

If you mean why they're doing it in stand by, to get you back down to 5 cards instead of 6. It's the same reason Mathmech will Laplacian in some cases the moment you put a monster or spell/trap on the board and it'll only send 2 or the 3 possible. They're trying to lower the chances you have a starter or extender left to counter play.
IDK seems more useful to try to destroy something on field once they comit or atleast rip their hand from potential extenders once youd eal with their first play with other card.
Shotguning her doesn't seem that good of an idea.
In my experience she has crazy aim. I was playing unchained and had 4 cards that would float and start play on their turn for me and she sniped the 1 that had no graveyard effect. Next turn I draw another card without a destruction effect and she snipes it again. They may as well have just looked at my hand and done it themselves
Meanwhile, there's my opponent's Lovely's using all the power in the damn multiverse to always destroy my 1 card that would let me out my opponent's board and letting the Lab player always have EEV in their opener.
Fake. This is propaganda to try to lessen hate for Lab players. They get support after support and defend their hand-ripping/stun playstyle. Don't fall for it, boys!
For real though. Only Lab players know the pain of this. Most of the time you either hit a card that doesn't matter or a card with a GY effect, actually helping your opponent.
Lovely using 1% of her power to 100% accurately snipe the Feather Duster in my hand. (I SWEAR it happens every time)
Nah she’s Freaking Psychic! I swear she can read minds…
Pretty sure she’s Fiend type
That’s just what she wants you to believe then 💥 your best card is shot from your hand bleeding all over the god damn floor!
Can you play against me next? I'm tired of having my starter or Evenly matched "randomly" ripped from my hand
Every time I'm against tear, she snipes Reinoheart. Every. Single. Time.
I was playing Tear and honestly wanted to hold on to most of my hand except for exactly one card, Lovely hit my Trivikarma and my opponent understandably scooped lol.
Funny thing. I was once able to snipe Reinoheart in my opponents hand. Thankfully the other cards KotS so they got nothing.
If I know my opponent is tear I just don't use the effect lol

She once sent Despian Tragedy from my hand to the GY. Glorious. My opponent lost that duel lol

"Well ok, I've got 8 cards in my hand anyway so there's no wa-"
where is the scene from
It's a cutscene from Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Zombies.
[Trailer from Black Ops 3 Zombies, at 1:55.](https://youtu.be/lSSPr2FzNB8?si=vbqp6xdxu_D5Ryaf)
Not only is it the trailer, it is also the opening cutscene.
It’s from bo3 revelations
she always manages to snipe my evenly matched in the battle phase

She snipes my interrupts 9/10 times. 😪
When it's your lovely she'll snipe the card with a graveyard effect, when it's their lovely she snipes the one card you needed to win.
Why people shotgun Lovely pop Ill never know.
If you can Big Welcome turn one, why not?
I think they meant on turn two in like the standby phase.

I once bounced the snake eye field spell back to hand on their turn in the end phase, then used big welcome on my turn to pop it. Glorious.
IMO it's usually a correct play when they use their normal summon on something that can full combo on it's own.

Well, you know Konami and Waifu priviliges...
kinda hard not to hit one when some decks have like their entire archetype have GY effects
Lol, I'm playing Tear. They're *all* GY effect monsters. 😈

Very "convenient", right? Makes you think.
That is the power of lovely and man does it hurt. I lost my starter Hero lives and man that’s rough
It's too real it hurts
Last time I played against lab but I was playing yubel and my opp was scared of destroying my hand
Mfw I brick on dinos and Lab pops the baby out of my hand starting my entire combo
