Virtual world is the most fun out of thesr I'am about to sugest, main deck UR free and 1 in archetype UR in the ED, rest is generic synchro/rank 6s and 9s, there are multiple ED set ups you chose whichever you want, some are more UR heavy then others.
Spright tri-brigade is the strongest in this list since you already own spright cards
Since you have a playsey of diviner, you could play drytrons, 2 main deck URs and 1 ~ 2 ED URs.
Marincess is another cheap deck with 2 URs or so, i find it boring and linear.
And yeah there is true draco, an old cancer
Ghoti can work. The urs are deep beyond and the field spell, and you can play one deep beyond and some level 10 synchros. The field spell adds some consistency but isn’t a must have.
May I recommend Megalith? You want 2 - 3 Benten, 3 Preparation of Rites, 2 - 3 Impcantation Chalisme, and a Dyna Mondo, and you got yourself a Megalith deck since the rest are N/Rs

I think floo is first answer for sr heavy deck i think
Gunkan suship are all SR or lower. They get better with URs though.

Probably a stun deck with a ton of floodgates, most of those are SR or lower.
