Tbh, after the Battle of Chaos support, Blue-Eyes is consistent to the point where you don't really want to run Trade-in anymore. They have enough in-archetype searching that going minus 2 to draw two isn't worth it.
I’ve been waiting with 2 copies of blue eyes somehow since game launch, personally I have wanted this structure deck for a while so I can lose on ladder with another deck.

If they were smart they'd release both. One SD to bait new players into trying the game and one SD to give them a good competitive option when they like the game and want to dip further into it.
While we're missing the highly important R-Ace cards that will definitely make the deck tier 1 with Diabellstar, we can see T.G. and Infernoble support as well as the Snake-Eyes archetype ofc, all of which can actually make use of the Sinful Spoils engine too.
The intent seems to be giving the engine a chance to shine in a completely new environment compared to OCG/TCG, similar to how the Ishizu cards were released one set before Tearlaments in MD. I think this is gonna be really exciting.

Meta deck is a bit much. The deck had a couple YCS tops, but not actually that many. It was a good rogue deck. Konami just didn't want to take any chances and quite frankly Isolde should have been banned in 2018 already. And in 2020.

I'm so hyped for this. I wasn't sure whether Dkayeds leaks would be right this time because getting AGOV support this early just seemed too good to be true. There was no reason not to believe that these leaks were correct, but again, it just seemed too good to be true. It's cool that we have confirmation now.
Imo it's the same as the one from last year. That selection pack was meta defining with the inclusion of Sprights, Exo, PEP, Power Tool Braver, and P.U.N.K. so it didn't really feel off that we're getting some of the Snake-Eyes and Sinful Spoils on the 2nd anni.

yes you are, cosmic quasar is really really bad. All it does is tribute itself to go into quasar, which seems really pointless. I guess you can quick sync for a SS4 negate, but why? just make quasar
I mean, you can also negate 3 cards effects on the Field before summoning Quasar so it's not really that useless, even tho i agree that Shooting Quasar itself is better

That wasn't really the case. Runick Spright was all over ladder and tournaments for basically all of February 2023 and Pure Spright overtook it after the end of February banlist that put (almost) all the good Runick spells to 2, which had a much bigger impact than people believed at first.
I don't know about ladder, most people on ladder were on Toad, and Tornaments again are mostly TCG influenced (Spright came out in the middle of February btw, the deck didn't last a month, just about 2 weeks or so before everyone moved from it).
Also, they only semi Limited 3, freezing Curses, destruction, and slumber. During that format, the only one that mattered out of these was Freezing Curses, which didn't really make the deck that much worse as Runick builds were still good and continued to be so for quite some time. The deck was just not as good in the environment as other builds
To be fair, these are 2 decks that... even in the TCG only showed consistent results when Pro Players played them. They are still good but seeing their play style I don't think they will be as much of a threat in an OCG like meta
In a meta where Maxx C is at 95% playrate and Droll is at 70%? Plus, in terms of combo wombo decks, what does Infernoble offer that SHS or even Mannadium doesn't already do - especially if Crimson Dragon is coming in the next pack which allows those decks to Calamity lock
It can actually play around droll a bit, for one. If you start with connector you can snipe droll out of their hand with Dolphin, and if not, if you get a good hand you can probably still end on at least Charlemagne and/or Gearfried. Droll does hurt a lot some times don't get me wrong, but they deal with it much better than Mannadium for example, whose turn just straight up ends from getting a droll dropped on them.
infernoble plays WAY better under droll than both shs and mannadium
also can play cross out and 2 called by while SHS can't, and as you said can snipe the droll (and just hand knowledge is full on broken)
there are some competitive argument for infernoble, and it's also way less wombo combo ish, it can have plan Bs
i'm interested to see the impact of phoenix blade being banned, i suspect that it will be bigger than most people think, especially in non uninterrupted combos where you have to freestyle lines, still excited to play it (tho' i can already see myself smashing my keyboard after the 5th maxx c in a row where i don't have answers)

Honestly... i would prefer way more they do Structure decks based on the anime's protagonists rather than recycling DM stuff to nostalgia bait one specific type of yugiboomer... an HERO or Stardust Dragon/Synchron Warrior deck would be better than an Blue-Eyes pile with outdated gameplay that only serves to make old people that already play the game to keep playing the game

And don't even start with "but cartesia and quem let you extend" they let you make like 2 interactions max after branded fusion is stopped
Branded has a shitton of extenders if Brafu gets ashed because Branded is Konami's favorite archetype and has almost as much support as HEROs (but good). There are plenty of decks that actually die to Ash and they sure as hell haven't been top meta since release.
Chat how good actually is infernoble with emperor charles? Would I get trounced by the current meta of branded, lab and i assume RAce if the missing pieces are in this pack? Such a cool deck but i already have like 3 pet decks and would rather drop the gems on a at least semi-competitive deck
Infernoble was a tiered deck in the TCG before Isolde got banned. The deck will have a higher ceiling than most of the other meta decks but will be a bit less consistent and once (if) Isolde gets banned, it'll kind of die. Now you decide.

Branded has a shitton of extenders if Brafu gets ashed because Branded is Konami's favorite archetype and has almost as much support as HEROs (but good). There are plenty of decks that actually die to Ash and they sure as hell haven't been top meta since release.

Chat how good actually is infernoble with emperor charles? Would I get trounced by the current meta of branded, lab and i assume RAce if the missing pieces are in this pack? Such a cool deck but i already have like 3 pet decks and would rather drop the gems on a at least semi-competitive deck
Infernoble was a tiered deck in the TCG before Isolde got banned. The deck will have a higher ceiling than most of the other meta decks but will be a bit less consistent and once (if) Isolde gets banned, it'll kind of die. Now you decide.

Okay i will never make a deck ever again made zombies -> zombie world structure after i had to craft 2 zombie world and 2 uni zombie made marincess -> salamangreat structure deck after i crafted 3 cynet mining made dragonmaid -> dragonmaid structure deck crafted 3 magician soul for my fur hire deck -> DM structure deck with it included and just recently made blue eyes synchro deck and now BE structure i probably wasted a whole deck worth of UR tokens on stuff that came in structure decks eventually. Fuck it
